This is always an option, but know that any visitors coming are asked to stay away from high animal traffic areas for 2+ weeks prior to coming.

FLy In and Meet Us

Depending on where you fly into, the costs can vary. We do go to Denver once litters are 8 weeks old, and can meet at the Denver Airport.

We Fly To You

Although not always the most cost effective, it can be an option to save you time, travel, and still get your puppy once they turn 8 weeks old.

Meet Elsewhere

Since we do take regular trips to Denver, we offer to bring your puppy with us for an additional cost, saving you a trip to the Western Slope.

We also offer Cargo for doodles

Note: We are willing to keep puppies up their 9th week of age at no additional cost. Beyond that, we charge $50 per day. If you are unable to pick up your puppy before they turn 11 weeks old, we HIGHLY SUGGEST doing a train & boarding option (Suggested Trusted Trainers) (or opt for a future litter) as we find it is NOT in the best interest of the puppy to stay with us, What we are and are not able to offer in experiences is limited due to the risks to other new born puppies we may have.

Pickup At PTK Ranch

We welcome folks to come directly to us and pickup their puppy, but know that we require that you avoid high traffic animal areas of 2+ weeks. This is to protect our young puppies from being exposed to things they are not get prepared for. High animal traffic areas are places such as parks, vets offices, doggy day care, zoos, and so forth.

Please don't be surprised if we come meet you in the driveway instead of inviting you in. We know there are a lot of things that can be carried in from the bottoms of your feet or from forgetting to use hand sanitizer.

Fly In And Meet Us

We offer to meet folks at two airports for free: Montrose and Grand Junction Regional Airports. If we are to take your puppy to Denver, we are currently charging $200 (and require at least 2 puppies making the trip before going - or you can pay the $350 for only 1 puppy going).

There are only a few "puppy friendly airlines" so when you book be aware of each airline's policies regarding age, weight, and health paperwork needs. If the airline you choose requires a health certificate, that is an additional $50.

Airlines that I know are 8 week old puppy friendly include: Southwest, American, Frontier, Alaska, JetBlue

We Fly To You

Flying to you is something we offer to everyone. This is usually subject to availability (and first come first serve), but sometimes we have friends and family that will help us out. When getting a quote know that it will include; flight from regional airport (Montrose or Grand Junction), carry-on pet fee, health certificate, hotel (if we have to stay overnight), and $250 daily fee (to cover food, hired help if needed, and transportation).

We require that this be paid prior to booking, but after you have picked your puppy.

Meet Elsewhere

Typically this is a central location for buyers located on the Eastern Slope of Colorado, or for folks driving from further away . If we have to go to the airport for drop offs, we like to meet at Ruby Tuesday's on Tower Road, but have met folks in Colorado Springs, along the route, and have taken them to Utah and Wyoming.

We ask for a 2 puppy minimum to make the trip and of course after puppies turn 8 weeks old. Each buyer is currently asked to pay $200 for us to make the trip (or if you need us to make up to a 5 hour trip for an individual puppy you can pay $350).

Cargo

Cargo is NOT available for Shih Tzus and Teddy Bears.

Cargo can also be tricky especially during summer months. This is due to most of the layovers being in Arizona or Texas where heat temperatures can often be too high to approve animals to fly where there is no temp-control.

This is probably the most difficult on your puppy, but can be cost effective typically running around $550-600.
Cost will include plane ticket, crate, required dishes & padding, and health certificate.
